Logistics & Production Service Provider Management

The tendency of the customers, e.g. OEM`s, to outsource Logistics Services externally is currently increasing.

Operational Logistics such as warehousing, sequencing, shopping cart and cross-dock are services that are increasingly being requested externally. Furthermore, administrative logistics services such as Material Disposition and Logistics control functions are more and more outsourced.

Similar to the Logistics Services are provided by customers, e.g. OEMs, currently increasingly outsourced Production Services externally.

This results in larger delivery volumes for suppliers and entire production ranges, e.g. for pre-assembly also on the factory premises of customers.

I accompany and support you as a Consultant from the beginning of the acquisition negotiations, during the preparation and presentation of the customer, as well as planning, the start-up Management up to Serial Production and beyond.
