Forest walk

Background
Why is it useful for you to go for a walk in the forest with other people?
Exercise in nature is healthy because it gives you a break and a retreat from the challenges of everyday life.
Together with other nature lovers, you can relax and exchange ideas and do something good for your body, soul and spirit.
You will also get a feeling for how you can use nature for yourself personally.
In the best case scenario, you will also feel where you have an issue that you cannot “yet” deal with on your own.
Procedure
What can you expect on a forest walk?
We meet at 6 pm in 66989 Höhfröschen at the sports field. You can also park there.
We walk together in our group through the beautiful Palatinate Forest between Höhfröschen and Thaleischweiler-Fröschen. The route itself is classified as “easy” and can be completed by anyone without physical limitations.
While strolling through nature without intention, we exchange ideas and get to know each other better. With our guidance and moderation as nature coaches, we learn from nature and from the other participants.
You can expect a relaxed evening and of course lots of fun :-).
