walk in the parc – what is it?
walk in the parc, that’s our life.
I see the whole of life as a “walk in the park”.
That’s why I named my company that.
We walk through our lives and pass many stations that are like park benches.
We spend a certain amount of time there, for example at our birth, childhood, youth, adulthood, old age and death.
So much happens that shapes and influences us, sometimes more and sometimes less positively.
This walk in the park sometimes brings with it problems and challenges that I am happy to help you solve.
Why the love of nature?
I have learned to find answers in nature – for myself and others.
I understood things there that I couldn’t have understood anywhere else.
Nature gives me peace and strength, it recharges me with positive energy.
Nature also gives me support and comfort when I am sad.
Above all, nature gives me inspiration to develop myself and other people in my life.
I have realized for myself that I live happily and meaningfully when I help other people.
I really enjoy doing this when I can.


Nature and its effects
We humans like to go out into nature because we feel good there and can switch off.
It has been proven that going into the forest is good for our health. Nature has a stress-reducing effect and strengthens the body’s defenses and immune system. Sport and exercise in nature promote health and the recreational value is further enhanced by vacations in nature. Nature itself has been mastering major challenges and problems again and again for thousands of years.
